Nurse-led coaching that meets employees at their desk — in the silence where support should be.

Hi, I'm Angela, RN, BSN, NC-BC.

I stepped away from bedside nursing at the end of 2024 to become a board certified nurse coach — and I've never looked back.

I left because I was tired of the sick model of care — the 15-minute appointments, the clipboard full of questions, the system that only had room for you once things had already fallen apart. I wanted to meet people where they are, with the time to actually be there.

I left to start showing up and to bring possibility back to things that have begun to feel inevitable.

But this work chose me as much as I chose it.

In 2025, I lost my brother to complications from his alcohol addiction. He was 42.

He was brilliant at his job. And he never had the support he needed where he was — only the kind that required him to stop everything, step away from his career, and hope it held.

His passing solidified what I already knew was my calling. I work with people like him. Employees silently struggling to keep up the performance that their alcohol addiction requires, but they can't figure out how to get the help they need without losing everything they've worked for.

With 12 years of clinical nursing expertise in mental health, neuroscience, and addiction recovery, I bring a level of clinical discernment to this work that goes beyond coaching — and a whole-person lens that goes beyond clinical care.

My favorite part of this work is witnessing the moment a client begins to trust themselves again — realizing they don't have to hold on so tightly. I imagine each one stepping over that bar, putting down the bags, opening that door.

I believe that one honest moment — one breath, one shift, one choice — can change everything. My work is about co-creating a space where you feel safe enough to believe in a new version of yourself.
